Defence Aptitude Assessment

Full DAA practice test

Sit the six sections in the order of the real assessment. Each one starts with a short pause, the instructions, and a worked example if you want it. About 70 minutes.

1. Verbal Reasoning. 20 questions, 15 minutes.
2. Numerical Reasoning. Two parts: 12 questions in 4 minutes, then 15 questions in 11 minutes.
3. Work Rate. 20 questions, 4 minutes.
4. Spatial Reasoning. Two parts: 10 questions in 4 minutes, then 10 questions in 4 minutes.
5. Electrical Comprehension. 22 questions, 15 minutes.
6. Mechanical Comprehension. 19 questions, 13 minutes.

End test stops the whole sitting and shows how you did in each section. A blank scores as incorrect. For a question-by-question review, sit that section on its own.
